Ben Kwon

Ben Kwon is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for Global Supply Chain at Fisker Inc since November 2022, Ben previously held positions including Senior Assistant General Counsel at Micron Technology, where responsibilities included providing legal advice supporting business objectives and negotiating agreements with automotive clients. As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Yazaki North America, Ben managed legal matters for North and Central America operations and led commercial strategies with OEM customers. Earlier roles included Director of Associate General Counsel at Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. for both North America and Asia Pacific, Associate Attorney at Dykema Gossett PLLC focusing on M&A transactions, General Counsel at Robert Bosch Battery Systems LLC., and Manager of Legal and Business Planning at LG Chem, where Ben played a key role in a major battery plant construction project. Ben Kwon holds a JD/MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University.
