Steven Yadegari is the Founder and CEO of FiSolve, leveraging over 20 years of senior executive experience in the investment management and financial services sectors. His firm specializes in enhancing operational processes, legal oversight, and compliance support for asset management firms. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC, where Steven supervised legal and compliance departments, IT, and operations, and initiated key strategic programs. As an adjunct law professor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Steven teaches negotiation and conflict resolution.
