FIT 2 CHEER specializes in the fusion of two great programs: Fitness and Cheerleading! With the use of our patent pending PoundPoms® (weighted pom poms) we have created programs for the fitness enthusiast, competitive cheerleader and breast cancer survivors. The foundation for these programs come from innovative thinking and recognizing the kinetic synergies between cheer motions and free weight training. 

*"K" is for Kinesiology and our CheerKamp® dance fitness class is based on the motions & dance routines performed by cheerleaders! With the use of our patent pending PoundPoms® this fun and intense fat burning workout will  Target, Tighten & Tone the Troubling 4T-Zone™, Tummy, Tush, Thighs & Tri's!

*CUTzKamp™ is a sport specific cheer conditioning training camp, designed to increase the education on conditioning with an effort to decrease the cheer injury statistics for our daughters and little girls.

*PoundPoms® 4 Recovery, our partnering program with The Cancer Exercise Training Institute (CETI), is designed to support our Breast Cancer Survivors. The physical side of our specialized exercise program, strives to help our Survivors stave off Lymphedema. The motivational side, is designed to take them out of the medical mindset of their cancer and move them towards a motivational mindset of recovery, allowing our Survivors to truly become Thrivers!
