Our unique mission is to provide group fitness and personal training to individuals who struggle with mental health and/or substance use disorders, offering a holistic approach to their recovery.

With our strategic partnerships, individuals recovering from mental health and/or substance use disorders who feel they could benefit from support exercise but do not have the financial means to access those services can have an opportunity to get active and be part of a supportive environment.
