Fit by Hermes (FBH) is booking software for studios that are done pretending their operations are simple.

If your front desk still uses Excel, you need better software. If it takes 14 clicks to do something basic, you need better software. If checking in a member feels stressful instead of automatic, you definitely need better software.

We've heard it firsthand — studios migrate to new booking platforms that promised the world, and then didn't deliver. Migrating back is such a nightmare that they stay stuck for years. Yoga studios, gyms, climbing gyms — all over Amsterdam.

So we're building this differently.

FBH is built from a member's perspective and a developer's logic, shaped by real conversations with studios solving real problems. Check-ins, capacity changes, no-shows, freezes, exceptions — the messy day-to-day that usually ends up in spreadsheets.

We ship fast. We listen. We change.

We're looking for founding partners in Amsterdam: studios who want to help shape what FBH becomes. Direct access to the team, real influence on the product, and a fair price — not a long-term lock-in to software that almost works.

If your front desk still relies on workarounds, FBH was built for you.
