Ryan Martin

Ryan Martin has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Ryan started their career in 2004 as a CSR at CallTech Communications and worked there until 2005. Ryan then joined IntelliNet Corporation as a Desktop Support Technician, where they were responsible for responding to network and server alarms and handling help desk issues. In 2011, Ryan joined Merrymeeting Group as an Information Technology Infrastructure Manager and held this position until 2022. Currently, they are working as an Infrastructure Support Specialist at FIT Technologies.

Ryan Martin earned a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University from 2003 to 2005. During their time there, they studied computer systems, programming, networking, and electronics. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Auburn Career Center and obtained a degree in General Education with a focus on Cisco Systems Administration. In addition to their education, Ryan has obtained several certifications including CMNO from Cisco Meraki in July 2017, StorageCraft Certified Engineer from StorageCraft in November 2015, EPA 609 from MACS in August 2012, Cisco Certified Entry-level Network Technician (CCENT) from Cisco Systems in August 2016, and N10-006 - Network+ from CompTIA in August 2015.
