Fit to Navigate’s innovative holistic program combines physical training, emotional well-being, skill development, and access to national wellness accreditation. Each participant develops self-confidence, resilience, and a sense of community. But that's not all. By joining the Fit to Navigate program, Navigators see an average cost savings of $3,646 for themselves and their families and access to an invaluable support system.
