We've seen how the fitness industry can prey on people by making false promises and spreading misinformation. We’ve also seen the negative effects of being caught up in the fitness industry “echo chamber” — the dark social-media caves were shouting, fad diets, and bro-science drown out everything else.

The FIT4FUNCTION Way is focused around the real-science for real long-lasting results. We have done the hard part for you. All you have to do is check the app daily for your tailored four-pillar plan. Exercise, Nutrition, Recovery/Sleep, Hydration. The four-pillars which we seek to exploit to achieve your goals focused around your lifestyle.

Our mission is to provide no-nonsense, expert-led solutions to health & fitness.

New to the world of online coaching in November 2019, but not to exploiting science for results. The FIT4FUNCTION proven systems are all delivered from the Truecoach app where you experience what it's like to have an "expert coach in your pocket".

Home and gym workouts, meal plans, recipes, weight tracking, access to your progress as you train and guidance from your coach, FIT4FUNCTION is truly the only app you will ever need to reach your fitness goals.
