Fit4life Egypt is a sports entity, founded in 2016, catering to the 3 very important pillars in being a healthy individual; Swimming, Fitness & Nutrition. Our services and expertise cater to a very wide range of clients, aging from 2.5 years old and up to 50+ years old. 

Fit4life Egypt offers swimming lessons for adults; both amateur & professional swimmers, and kids, in addition to functional fitness & nutrition consultations.
