Hak Lay

Hak Lay is an experienced Java/J2EE Developer with a strong background in web application design, development, and deployment. Currently employed at Fitch Ratings since 2014, Hak Lay collaborates with project managers to gather user requirements and utilizes various technologies including Java EE, Spring framework, and Maven for project builds. Previous experience includes working at 4DConcept from 2007 to 2013, where Hak Lay applied SCRUM methodology and JIRA for project management and developed applications using JSF and RichFaces. Early career involved designing and developing a client application in VB.NET at blue Technology Co., Ltd. Hak Lay holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Maharishi International University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
