Mark Rosenberg is a political economist and the founder of GeoQuant, which was sold to Fitch Group in 2022. They completed a PhD in political science at UC Berkeley, specializing in political risk, and trained in game theory and African politics. Mark served as the Director of Africa at Eurasia Group, where they led product development and managed a global research platform. Currently, Mark is a Managing Director at Fitch Solutions and teaches computational social science at UC Berkeley. They have also published and spoken internationally on geopolitical risk.
