Peter Agra

Peter Agra is an experienced financial journalist currently serving as the Associate Director of Leveraged Finance News at Fitch Solutions since August 2023. Prior to this role, Peter worked as Vice President of Content at Mizuho and held positions at LevFin Insights as a Senior Reporter, Debtwire as a Reporter, and LatinFinance as a Reporter, where coverage included the US Middle Market in high yield, M&A, leveraged loans, distressed debt, and restructuring, as well as Latin America's financial markets. Additionally, Peter completed a traineeship at the European External Action Service, focusing on UN administrative and budgetary affairs. Peter holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of the West of England.
