Dan Lupu has a long and varied work experience. Dan began their career in 2012 as a Partner with Earlybird Venture Capital. In 2014, they became a Director at FITE, a company that helps fans discover and experience exciting sports events. In 2015, Dan took on the role of Director, Supervisory Board at dcs plus, a leading travel technology company. In 2017, they became an Investor and Director, Supervisory Committee at Minit Process Mining. In 2018, Dan was a Director, Supervisory Committee at Photoneo, a company that provides robots with eyes. In 2019, they were a Director, Supervisory Board at FintechOS and an Investor at Picus Security. In 2020, Dan was an Investor at Binalyze and Payhawk - The paperless corporate card. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Investor at Anari AI.
Dan Lupu obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest between 1991 and 1996. Dan then went on to pursue an MBA in General Management from IESE Business School, which they completed in 2003. During this time, they also obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute. Dan also completed a Romanian-Canadian MBA.
