Michael Weber

Michael Weber has over 30 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Michael began their career in 1989 as a Marketing Manager for Trump Sports and Entertainment. In 1990, they moved to SRO/PACE Motorsports as the Director of Public Relations. Michael then joined World Championship Wrestling in 1992 as Director of Marketing, where they started a licensing program and grew the pay-per-view programming initiative from four live events a year to 12, generating over $20 million in net revenue. In 1999, they became the Executive Vice President of Television and Licensing at Clear Channel Motor Sports, where they managed the production of five televised motor sports brands on five different networks. In 2003, they became the General Manager and Vice President of Business Development at SportsOne/Mediagistic, where they managed the day to day operations and growth of the company. In 2008, they joined TNA Entertainment, LLC as the Vice President of Marketing, where they managed all aspects of the marketing of the TNA Wrestling brand. In 2013, they started their own company, Michael Weber Marketing, as a Marketing/Licensing Consultant. In 2015, they joined Flipps Media as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and a Board of Advisors/Consultant. Michael was responsible for the day to day marketing of all events and programming on the Flipps app and consulting on the day to day marketing of the platform and its live special events. In the same year, they also joined Mediagistic as a Sales and Marketing Manager. In 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer of FITE, a division of Flipps Media that focuses on All Things Fighting including Boxing, MMA, Wrestling and related television programming.

Michael Weber received their Masters in Sports Administration from Ohio University in 1985, following their BSEd in Recreation Management from the same university, which they completed in 1980.
