Victoria Dodeva has extensive work experience, beginning in 2002 when they were Outreach Manager for the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM). Victoria then moved on to be the Marketing Manager at WebGate JSC in 2003, and Product Marketing Manager at Melon, Inc. (formerly WebGate JSC) in 2006. In 2009, they earned the title of ACIM Chartered Marketer at the Chartered Institute of Marketing. From 2012 to 2015, they held the role of Marketing Manager and Mobile User Acquisition at Flipps. In 2015, they were Head of Digital Marketing at FITE, and in 2019 they became a Sr. Digital Marketing Consultant at VertoDigital. Most recently, in 2022 they were appointed as VP Consumer Marketing at FITE.
Victoria Dodeva's education history includes a Master degree from Yugo-zapaden universitet 'Neofit Rilski' in English between 1993 and 1998, a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing between 2005 and 2006, and a Digital Marketing degree from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing between 2012 and 2013.
