Pankaj Raina

Pankaj Raina has a diverse background in learning and development roles, starting as a Training Consultant at NTT DATA Americas from 2011 to 2014. Pankaj then moved on to Snapdeal as a Learning and Development Manager from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Training Manager at VLCC from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they served as the Training and Development Lead at OYO from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Learning and Development at Fitelo.

Pankaj Raina completed their Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from Central University of Jammu in 2009 and went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business/Managerial Economics from Kurukshetra University in 2011. Additionally, they received certifications including TTT from Dale Carnegie Training in 2017, Soft Skills Trainer and Learning Academy Facilitator from Snapdeal in 2015, and Certified Training Professional along with another TTT certification from NTT DATA Services in 2012.
