Marco Luft

Marco Luft is an experienced IT professional and project manager currently serving as the IT NA Application Support Lead at Fitesa since July 2016. In this role, Marco is responsible for end-user help desk and ERP/MES application support. Previous positions at Fitesa include functional lead for global ERP and MES projects, focusing on asset management and production quality implementation, as well as project analyst for global innovation in quality and energy efficiency. Earlier career experience includes engineering internships at Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo and Air Studio, as well as co-founding and directing operations at Reden Bridges and Premier Investimentos. Marco holds an MBA in Value Investing from UNIBTA and an Executive MBA in Project Management from FGV, alongside a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
