Rodrigo R. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Rodrigo started their career with Stihl Ferramentas Motorizadas Ltda in 1994, where they held various positions, including Unit Supervisor, Lean Expert, and Maintenance Coordinator. In 2007, they joined John Deere as the Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for CoE management, attracting talents, and supporting business growth. In 2012, they became the Head of Human Resources at Grupo RBS, and in 2014, they assumed the same role at Stihl Ferramentas Motorizadas Ltda. Currently, since 2016, Rodrigo works at Fitesa as the Corporate Senior Director for Global HR, Marketing & ESG.

Rodrigo R. has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education for a program focused on Compensation Committees: New Challenges, New Solutions, although no degree was obtained. Rodrigo also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Production and Systems Engineering from Unisinos, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, Rodrigo has acquired several certifications, including Associate Member/ Membro da DCH Brasil from DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano in 2021, Registered Corporate Coach™ - RCC from Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™) in 2018, and Executive Development Program - PDEC from CENEX - Centro de Excelência Empresarial in 2002. Rodrigo has also obtained the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
