A bit more about us…

FitFor (formerly known as ESPH) began when Clinical Director Libby Sharp decided she’d have a go at treating a few patients at home. That was back in 1979. Over the years, ESPH developed a thriving private physio practice, becoming one of the top physiotherapy providers in London, treating thousands of patients each year as well as delivering rehab and exercise programmes to our many customers.

Our values
We have always believed that great service is the starting point. We strive to find people who share that core value and will work their hardest to make sure the customer experience is the best it can be.

Our People
The people make the experience… we select physios who always strive for the best outcomes, pilates instructors who know their stuff inside and out (not to mention upside and down), exercise professionals with a thirst for knowledge and an unparalleled ability to motivate their clients. We take a great deal of care and attention to get this right so that your experience is as good as it can be.
