Fitforelle is a women-led wellness company supporting mums, mums-to-be, and organisations to build healthier, more balanced lives through movement and wellbeing.

For expecting and post-natal mums, we offer expert-led fitness classes, nutrition guidance, and wellness talks designed to support you from pregnancy through the years after birth, in selected venues, in Bristol. Post-natal classes include on-site childcare, giving you the space to focus, recharge, and connect with other mums in a warm, supportive community.

Alongside our work with families, we partner with organisations to bring inclusive wellness solutions directly into the workplace. While our expertise is rooted in women’s health, our workplace programmes are designed for entire teams, supporting women, men, and non-binary employees alike.
