Fitness Dynamics offers multi-level mat-based Pilates classes and one-to-one training, as well as Salsa/Bollywood/Street/Pop themed dance fitness classes under the class title 'Sam-ba Fitness', providing fun, aerobic/toning exercise. Workshops run privately and through Cartmel Adult Education and Milnthorpe Children's Centre. I am also a freelance Pilates Assessor for Future Fit Training, and have previously worked for many years as an Internal Verifier, Assessor, Lecturer, and Course Leader within South Kent College of FE in Kent.
