Fitness Keeper offers exercise physiology, exercise science, and personal training services within our Camberwell studio, as well as at select outdoor locations within Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.  We offer innovative exercise programming, aimed at keeping our clients motivated while they work towards their health and fitness goals.  Our team all have an exercise science/human movement degree as a minimum, ensuring a thorough understanding of functional human anatomy and physiology.  Each person in our team has invested in a minimum of three years of study and are passionate about helping others to achieve a healthier lifestyle with consistent exercise training.  Our approach is laid-back, yet professional and we aim to inspire and motivate our clients to maintain active lifestyles. 

We create tailored and progressive exercise programs for the specific needs of the individual or group we are working with.  Fitness Keeper works with individuals who are training for a specific event, for those who need someone to hold them accountable, or for individuals who are simply looking to keep fit and stay active with some guidance.  We develop sessions specifically to help clients meet their personal goals and provide additional health and fitness advice to keep you motivated between sessions.

Fitness Keeper has recently incorporated exercise physiology so we can extend our services to offer exercise sessions for people with chronic disease or injuries. We will be able to provide guided, evidence based programs for people with a number of health conditions. These sessions will be led by ESSA accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs).
