Fitness Plus is a personal training and wellness company, established in 1995. We provide one on one fitness and wellness services, including but not limited to functional training, sports specific training, postural analysis, corrective exercise, rehabilitative therapy, massage therapy, lifestyle coaching and nutritional education. Our staff are all highly educated and experienced wellness professionals who have a wide array of areas of expertise. Our business model is based on "fee for service"; no contracts, packages, memberships requiring pre-payment are sold.
