Abdul Rakeeb Riyaz has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as Team Lead - Customer Service and previously holding roles as Logistics Solution Executive and Operations Executive - Export at UPS Sri Lanka since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Assistant at Capitol Overseas Courier Service Pvt Ltd from December 2019 to September 2021.
