Division Supply and Services Manager at Fitt Scientific

Amanda Bailey has a long history of work experience in the military and civilian sectors. Amanda began their career in 2010 as the Prescribe Load List NCOIC for 4-31 Infantry BN. In 2011 they moved to 2-10 BSB 10th Mountain as the SSA NCOIC, where they supervised a multi-class SSA and maintained an Authorized Stockage List. In 2016 they took on the role of Material Manager Level 2 for 21ST TSC SPO/SSB. In 2017, they moved to 21st TSC, STB, HHC, where they served as the G3 Schools NCO and HHC Operations NCOIC. In 2019 they served as the S3 NCOIC for STB and Operations Manager for HHC. In 2020, they took on the role of Distribution Operations NCO for 1st Sustainment Brigade, Special Troops Battalion, Support Operations. In 2021, they were hired as the Supply and Services Manager for Marton Technologies, Inc. and Division Supply and Services Manager for FITT SCIENTIFIC, LLC. In their roles, they have conducted interviews and hiring personnel, supervised over 120 contractors, composed and published operational orders, coordinated and executed weapons ranges, and was an Equal Opportunity Advisor, Master Fitness Trainer advisor, Master Resilience Trainer, Digital Training Management manager, and Army Training Requirements and Resources System manager.

Amanda Bailey attended American Military University from 2009 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Amanda then continued their studies at American Military University from 2015 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Analysis. Additionally, they have completed a TAP DOL workshop.
