Francesca Manea is a seasoned professional in corporate communication and learning management, currently serving as the Corporate Communication & Learning Manager at FITT Group since February 2018. Francesca oversees learning and development strategies, digital LMS platform management, and employer branding initiatives while also designing communication strategies that align with corporate and sustainability goals. Previous roles include Corporate Communications Manager, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing corporate reputation and managing internal communications, as well as PR & Event Manager at Marco Bicego and Communication and PR Manager at Pentastudio Marketing & Comunicazione. Francesca has a solid educational background, including an Executive Master in HR Management from CUOA Business School, along with various degrees in foreign languages and marketing.
