Roberto Spinelli is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Plant General Manager at Fitt S.p.A since January 2018, Roberto oversees production budgeting, cost analysis, and process reorganization to enhance productivity. Prior to this role, Roberto held the position of Amministratore Delegato at TECNOTUBI PICENA SRL from January 2002 to December 2017, where responsibilities included optimizing production logistics, warehouse reorganization, and implementing improvements in the company’s information systems. Roberto's career began at Telecom Italia from September 1997 to December 2001 in market intelligence, contributing to traffic data analysis and process enhancements. Roberto holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche, earned between 1988 and 1994.
