Sylvain Le Gallou

Sylvain Le Gallou is a seasoned technology director at FittingBox since June 2009, specializing in Augmented Reality Software Solutions for the eyewear industry, enhancing customer experiences through interactive technologies. Previously, Sylvain worked as a senior research scientist in computer vision, focusing on core algorithms for Augmented Reality and ocular measurement, successfully applying machine learning in practical applications. Sylvain also held positions as a research scientist at Morpho (Safran), contributing to biometrics and face recognition projects, and at France Telecom R&D (Orange), where participation in advanced multimedia research earned a regional award. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Vision from CentraleSupélec, a Master of Science in Image Processing from Université de Rennes I, and an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National School of Applied Science and Technology.
