Matt McDarby

Matt McDarby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales training. Currently serving as Program Director at Fitzgerald Auto Mall since August 2025, Matt oversees the training and development program for a network of sellers and leaders across multiple locations. As President and Founder of United Sales Resources, LLC since January 2010, Matt specializes in enhancing B2B sales performance through leadership training and coaching. Matt has held various significant roles, including Chief Sales Officer at a Mid-market Cisco MSP and a Global Strategic Communications firm, and has contributed to the development of sales programs at the University of Delaware as an Advisory Board Member. Other notable positions include leadership roles at BDR.ai, Fidelus Technologies, and Huthwaite, Inc. Matt holds a BA in English from the University of Delaware, where studies began at Pace University in marketing.
