Kelsey Verbarg

Kelsey Verbarg, MBA, is an experienced professional in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as a Business Development Representative at FitzMark since December 2023, Kelsey has previously held roles including Senior Account Manager and Logistics Account Manager at Backhaul Direct from April 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing customer accounts and providing tailored solutions for shipping needs. Prior experience also includes serving as Operations Manager at Ulta Beauty, leading a team of 35 employees in a fast-paced environment and overseeing various projects to optimize operations. Additional experience comprises positions as Outbound Dock Supervisor and Inbound Dock Supervisor at Estes Express Lines, where Kelsey contributed to the opening of a new terminal and managed dock operations. Kelsey holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
