Will Martin

Will Martin is a dedicated operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at FitzMark, Inc., where they manage key branch operations and foster account growth. Since 2020, they have been hiring, training, and leading high-performing sales representatives while optimizing performance as well as reducing employee turnover. Prior to this role, Will worked at the Jewish Community Center of Omaha as a Camp Counselor, and developed into a top performer as a Carrier Sales Representative at Werner Enterprises. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Marquette University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
