Brian Maye

Brian Maye is a seasoned litigation partner at Fitzpatrick, Hunt & Pagano, LLP, specializing in trial practice and appeals while serving as outside general counsel for a non-profit with a focus on labor and employment and corporate governance. They previously held the position of partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and were a partner at Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP prior to its merger. With a legal career that began in the US Navy JAG as an officer and trial attorney, Brian also has experience as a board member for the District 57 Board of Education and the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization. Additionally, they contribute to Elk Grove Township as a member of the Board of Trustees. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Akron School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
