Luke O'Neill

Luke O'Neill is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property and fund accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at Fitzrovia since September 2025, Luke previously worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at Searchlight Capital Partners, where responsibilities included preparing external financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and UK GAAP. Prior experience at EY spanned from September 2019 to April 2024, where Luke held the position of Senior Accountant and gained audit experience across various financial service operations, along with serving as a Staff Accountant responsible for mid-risk substantive audit work and project management. Luke O'Neill holds a Master of Accounting (MAcc) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), both from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
