At Fitzroy Residences, we approach every project with a commitment to excellence and innovation. Founded in 2020 by Ben Gorjy, leveraging over a decade of expertise in property development, our journey began with a visionary investment in the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation scheme. Our initial stride included the enrolment of two properties at Queens Park, among the first of their kind in Western Australia. Since then, Fitzroy Residences has flourished into a distinguished firm in Perth, specializing in SDA management and project management consulting services. We pride ourselves on delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring quality and efficiency in every endeavor.
