Rachel McClements has extensive experience in the field of social services. Rachel started their career at Vericare in 2007, where they held several roles, including Clinical Operations Manager and Regional Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for coordinating the delivery of clinical services, managing budgets, and resolving operational issues. Rachel joined Five Acres--The Boys' and Girls' Aid Society of Los Angeles in 2013, where they served as Chief Clinical Officer and later as Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they oversaw the organization's clinical and mental health service delivery, implemented new programs, and monitored agency systems.
Rachel McClements has an extensive education history in the field of psychology. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Reading, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Rachel then pursued further education at Alliant International University in Los Angeles, completing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology from 1996 to 1998. Rachel McClements continued their education at the same institution, earning a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from 1996 to 2000.
In addition to their psychology education, Rachel McClements also obtained additional certifications in the field of cybersecurity. In August 2021, they completed a certification course titled "INTRODUCTION TO CYBER SECURITY" from The Open University. Rachel further enhanced their skills in this field by obtaining a certification in "Cyber Security Incident Response for Managers" from FutureLearn in March 2022.

Today, we offer an array of services including residential care and education, mental health services in homes and schools, foster care and adoptions, deaf services and domestic violence prevention.
