Ayla Steimling

Ayla Steimling has a robust background in retail buying and management, with experience at Five Below from May 2018 to 2018, where roles included Associate Buyer, Senior Buyer, and Buyer. Prior to Five Below, Ayla held various positions at Urban Outfitters between February 2013 and March 2014, culminating in the role of Women's Accessories Department Manager, while also serving as an Associate Buyer and Assistant Buyer in the Home department. Ayla earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Design and Management from Parsons School of Design from 2005 to 2009.
