Crystal Bass

Crystal Bass currently serves as the District Manager for Five Below, overseeing 15 store locations in the Carolina Central region since 2019, managing a team of over 300 employees, and achieving sales exceeding $43 million. Previously, Crystal held the role of TSM/GM, leading teams of over 20 and training more than 80 leaders, while generating sales over $3 million. Prior to Five Below, Crystal was an Assistant Manager at Best Buy from 2007 to 2013, responsible for a team of over 40 associates and managing operations, inventory, and sales targets. Crystal is an alumnus of DeVry University.
