Dan Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan joined Five Below as our Chief Financial Officer in October 2025. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sullivan was the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Edgewell Personal Care, after initially serving as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sullivan previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer of Party City, Chief Financial Officer of Ahold USA, and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Heineken USA and Heineken International. Mr. Sullivan began his career at KPMG.
