Dan Sullivan

Dan Sullivan is an experienced finance and operations executive, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Five Below since October 2025. Prior to this role, Dan held significant leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Edgewell Personal Care and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Party City. With a strong background in finance, Dan oversaw all finance functions at Ahold Delhaize, supporting a $26 billion US food retailer, while also enhancing strategic planning and operational execution in prior roles. Earlier experience includes senior finance roles at The HEINEKEN Company, where Dan contributed to executive leadership and international operations, and foundational positions at Amscan and KPMG US. Dan Sullivan holds a degree from Duquesne University, completed in 1991.
