Dusty Prall

Dusty Prall is a District Manager at Five Below, where they currently oversee 13 locations, aligning corporate priorities with market realities. A multi-unit retail leader, Dusty advanced through various leadership roles by embracing company culture and brand strategy. Their career includes positions such as Operations Manager and Merchandise Manager at The TJX Companies, as well as experience at Caribou Coffee and Starbucks. Dusty is dedicated to developing future leaders and enhancing organizational capacity. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, alongside an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business Management from Cuyahoga Community College.
