Eric M. Specter is the current Chief Administrative Officer at Five Below. Prior to this, they were with Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from June 2012 to July 2014 as their EVP, Chief Integration Officer. Before Ascena, Eric was with Charming Shoppes from December 1995 to June 2012 where they started as Executive Vice President and CFO.
