Justin Williams

Justin Williams is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in facilities management and engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Maintenance at Five Below since December 2021, Justin previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Engineering and Facilities at Ulta Beauty, where responsibilities included the startup of a new distribution center. Other notable roles include Maintenance Supervisor at International Paper and Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, where Justin was responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance during plant shutdowns.
