Kristen D. Han is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Five Below since February 2019, previously holding positions as Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel within the same organization. Prior to Five Below, Kristen D. Han worked at Destination Maternity Corporation for over 13 years as Vice President & General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Earlier legal experience includes roles as a Corporate/Securities Associate at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP and as a Corporate Associate at Holland & Knight LLP. Kristen D.
