Linda Moser

Linda Moser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and store operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Relations at Five Below since May 2002, Linda oversees customer support, manages performance metrics, and promotes high service standards while playing a crucial role in the successful opening of 480 new stores. Previously, Linda held various positions within Five Below's Store Operations, including Senior Director and Director, where responsibilities included policy implementation, training documentation, and budget oversight. Prior experience as Store Operations Manager at Zany Brainy involved the creation of policies, new store setups, and managing payroll budgets. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Marketing from Florida State University.
