Steven Wilson

Steven Wilson serves as the Division Vice President for the East Division at Five Below since October 2020, where responsibilities include field leadership. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Region Director for the South Atlantic at Dollar General from March 2017 to October 2020, emphasizing people and process in leadership. Stevens’ experience also includes serving as District Manager at Ross Stores, Inc., where full P&L responsibility and sales growth were key focuses from May 2012 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, Steven worked at Target as a Group Operations Leader, overseeing operational strategy for 63 stores and holding various leadership roles, including Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader. Steven began professional development at Best Buy as Home Theater Senior from June 2001 to June 2004, excelling in sales techniques and customer satisfaction. Educationally, Steven holds a BS in Business and Retail from the University of South Carolina, obtained in 2004.
