Zachary Ward

Zachary Ward is a seasoned compensation analyst with extensive experience in compensation program administration and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Five Below since January 2022, Zachary previously held multiple roles at GEODIS from September 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included administering various compensation programs and managing a job structure review project. Prior experience includes serving as a Classification/Compensation Analyst for the State of Tennessee, processing compensation requests for the Department of Human Resources, and earlier roles at Sears Stores and MTSU Sidelines as a Cashier, Key Holder, Sports Reporter, and Assistant Sports Editor. Zachary holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University, earned in 2015.
