Additionally, Christopher worked at the Bike Center of Mansfield from 2012 to 2014 as a Store Manager and Lead Bike Mechanic.

Christopher Baumgard's education history includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Science from the University of North Texas, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems and Educational Technology from the University of North Texas, covering the period from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, Christopher attended Tarrant County College from 2007 to 2010, studying Graphic Communications, although they did not earn a degree from this institution. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Systems Manager CNSSI No. 4012 certification from the National Security Agency in May 2017. Christopher also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they achieved in February 2023.
