Joel Caballero has worked for five different companies since 2006. From 2015 to present, they have been the Director of Development for Five & Done. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Director of Programming for ZTHER INTERACTIVE. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Flash Developer for 2Advanced Studios. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Lead Flash Developer for Streaming Media Hosting. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Associate Program Manager for ZTHER INTERACTIVE, where they helped develop guess.com/worldofguess and provided end to end web development for tribecawestla.com.

Joel Caballero obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interactive Media Design from the Art Institute of California - Orange County in 2005. In April 2021, they were certified as a ScrumMaster (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance.
