Pat McClain

Pat manages financial planning and analysis initiatives for Five Elms and its portfolio companies. Pat focuses on Five Elms’ investor reporting efforts and works with portfolio companies to implement financial reporting KPIs and best practices. Prior to joining Five Elms, Pat was with BKD’s Transaction Services team performing financial due diligence engagements for middle-market private equity firms. He began his career at PwC working on investment management and insurance audits. Pat holds a B.S. and Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young son and can be found by the water at the family lake house or coaching a youth basketball team in the winter months.
