Five Fingers is a social-educational movement established in 2014 with the vision of fostering cultural and civic change in Israel. The movement operates through a unique physical-mental training method developed based on extensive field experience and academic research.

Five Fingers implements its training programs in various sectors of society, aiming to equip individuals with the tools, skills, and values necessary to navigate the challenges and complexities of the modern era. Through this holistic approach, the movement empowers young people and other populations to develop a strong personal foundation, enabling them to become leaders and positive changemakers in addressing the social, cultural, and national challenges of our time.
